Management

In my daily work, I strive to be a leader, treating the mission of a manager as a person who leads others to achieve a common goal. I oppose practices based on directive management, giving orders without meaning, treating employees badly, belittling their role in the organisation. I teach such managers (as long as they are willing to listen) that the employee really is the highest value of any organisation, and that, through teamwork, it is possible to exploit economies of scale, synergies and better accomplish a specific task.
